Year 5 have had a fantastic week completing their Bikeability. Bikeability staff have continually fed back to staff how amazingly well behaved all the children have been, and what a joy they have been to teach. The year 5 staff are so so proud of them all, huge well done!!!
This morning year 1 and reception had a visit from Debbie who volunteers for Animal Aid. She taught us all about different animals and how we can look after them properly. We thought about the environment and what we can do to help animals in different habitats. Look at all of our contributions that Debbie has taken from us this morning she is going to distribute our donations to local animals charities! Well done reception and year 1! You are being amazing courageous advocates!

Year 3 had a fun filled morning during their transition. We completed an orienteering task based on our Science topic where we identified all the stages of a plant’s life cycle, and then worked out the correct order to put them in.
The Elderly Courageous Advocacy group felt very proud this morning when they received their Dementia Friend badges. During their sessions on a Tuesday morning, they have been completing different activities to gain awareness of this syndrome. Now that they have their badges, they can spread awareness about this to others too!
The children in reception are working hard this week on their doubling skills! This is something new and we have made some printing butterflies to fold and double our numbers
Great job reception
