Glen, Anya and AJ think it’s coming home!

Year 3 are all set for the England match this evening. They have been designing and creating their own flags, strips and banners during their home learning on Friday! An absolutely brilliant effort. Let’s hope the England team work just as hard as the Year 3 children!
️
Y6 had a Euro 2020 afternoon in anticipation of England’s final with Italy on Sunday. We played some football, completed England crosswords, word searches and colouring pages and recorded our own commentaries to England goals. Come on England – it’s coming home!!
Reception have had a great afternoon testing out our boats in the water! We were so excited and have had a fantastic time playing and experimenting with our boats. We even placed some people figures into our boats to see if they could take the weight and be carried ️

Reception enjoyed their worship challenge the week and loved looking for daisies! We have thought about forgiveness, what we have said sorry for and how we feel if someone accepts our apology.

Year 2 have been getting creative. As part of their learning about the world’s oceans , children created their own Great Barrier Reef inspired models. Children painted their own sea backgrounds, used clay to make different sea creatures and then created their own coral reefs. Staff loved children’s engagement, patience and creativity!
Year 5 LOVED Fit 4 Fun on Friday, what a fab day!
Alfie wanted to share his football card picture! Well done, Alfie!
Year 4 had fun today during our ‘fit 4 fun’ and ‘pride picnic’ celebrations! We played cricket, dodgeball and completed our 2nd fun run of the week. Thanks to Mrs Smith, we also had a lovely ice cream on the field during our pride celebrations!
