Y3 – Self Isolation – Leon sends his first email – 2.4.2020

Hello to my friends and all of the teachers.
You know what? It’s not too bad staying at home with my mam and Caitlyn. We are staying safe 🌈 and having fun and spending time together, I love it. I miss everyone though, but Mr Boris jonsen said this is important for all of us and our countery.
Ive been face timing🤳 my family and friends, to make sure they are ok 👍
We have been doing lots of art stuff 🎨 for year 3s stone age project.
I’ve even been teaching my mam how to do tiktoks shes not very good  🤦‍♂️🤫
It does make me sad that I can see my school, and can’t go 😔. But we will be back really soon I hope.

Y3 – Self Isolation – Mr Barron Football Manager Champ 1.4.2020

t has been non stop for me whilst being at home. After the success of my viral “Barron’s boot camp” video I was amazingly offered the job at Newcastle United as their, albeit it on Football Manager, and managed to guide them to the Champions League in my second season! Don’t worry Sunderland fans – you finally got promoted back to the championship in the 2020/21 season too!

I’ve also been trying to learn something whilst being at home so I’ve bought a Ukulele and have been trying to teach myself how to play it – let’s see how that one goes!

Other than that I’ve been trying to stay active on my exercise bike and also have been colour coding my shorts!

Y3/Y6 – Self Isolation – The Seymour boys make a WW1 trench – 28.3.2020

I asked both boys what they would like to learn about with me this week they picked Stone-age, WW1, the human eye and how it works. We’ve done PE with Joe wicks and go noodle, maths and English. We have also set our small tent up in the back garden for lots of outdoor fun I set a family project for us to do on a Friday. Jak and Charlie picked to build a WW1 trench so here it is, we’ve all had lots of fun staying safe! Here a some pictures of our WW1 project in the back garden,

Y3 – Self Isolation – Mrs Wells home educates her boys – 27.3.2020

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all ok and looking after each other? We are fine, home schooling my boys was strange at first but think they are getting used to 3, 2, 1 and our warning system now 😂. When we are not doing work we are trying to get fit by enjoying PE with Joe Wicks and Mr Barron as well as taking our daily walk down to the beach! We’ve also made our own rainbows to spread some love and hope. 🌈 ❤ Stay safe everyone! I miss you all lots, love Mrs Wells 😊 x
