Isaac and Phoebe visited a light show at Alnwick garden on Friday and on Saturday they made and decorated lots and lots of gingerbread and grew a snowman and tree!!
Their elves have been very naughty lately, we hope this means Isaac and Phoebe have been extra good.
Merry Christmas

Zachary enjoyed doing some Christmas crafts with his mam and dad at the weekend.
Harper and Shay have had a lovely festive weekend this weekend making baubles for the tree and visiting father Christmas at Alnwick. They were so happy to be told they were on the nice list year they have also had a lovely week at school we couldn’t thank the staff enough for making it so magical for the children they’ve loved it.
It’s good news from the Rutherford household today, Nolan heard a knock on the front door and when he opened it he found a letter, some magic reindeer food and magic snow. He opened the letter to find a certificate to say He is on the nice list and a letter from Santa, it also had in the letter his best friend Jack is also on the nice list so he rang Jack to tell him.
Wow, what a magical day!! Reception had SO much fun during our Christmas outdoor morning. We went to see Santa, visited the Elf’s workshop and went on a Christmas trail. So much Christmas fun!! 🎄⭐️❄️🎅🏽
A feel-good festive movie was just the ticket for Year 3 after enjoying their Christmas dinner. Santa’s Little Helpers, aka Mrs Smith, Henry, Mrs Pennock, Mrs Wright and Mr Williams showed Deliveroo how it’s done by delivering tasty popcorn and warm hot chocolate (and marshmallows) right on time! There were no complaints from Year 3 who munched, drank, laughed and danced their way through the afternoon.
We have many Christmas traditions here at St Oswald’s and Christmas dinner prepared by our amazing kitchen staff must be up there as one of our favourites! This year’s festive feast did not disappoint and our plates were piled high with roast turkey, stuffing and vegetables. We were spoilt for choice when it came to pudding, with three deserts to choose from, chocolate sponge cake, cheesecake or ice cream! A big thank you to all the kitchen and lunchtime staff, love from Year 3 x
What a magical morning year 1 have had for our Winter Wonderland! It
