The Bell Family have really enjoyed their snow day and have spent the morning sledging.
Not even the snow stopped Aaron playing football

The netball team have had an exciting afternoon at Temple Park. They won three games and drew one, meaning in their mini league they finished first with a score of 11 points. They then played a play off and won 1-0, meaning they advance to the final next Tuesday.
Their manners were amazing, and their teamwork was brilliant to watch. They were a real credit to St Oswalds and represented the school perfectly.
For Number Day today, Y6 discovered that maths really is fun! We played “Get in Shape”, a game that involves making shapes as a team. There were five (very strict) judges who decided who the winners were: Team A came out victorious! Can you spot any familiar shapes that the children made?
The children who had 100% attendance in Autumn term across Y2-Y6 had a fabulous time bowling today! We went to the bowling alley at the Dunes, where everyone supported each other along and really enjoyed the experience. It’s safe to say the staff enjoyed themselves too, especially Mr Hawkins!
The homework trip in KS2 was a fantastic day out for all of the pupils and staff involved. An action packed morning at Pirates Cove was a great way to celebrate all of their hard work at home over the last term.
For Your Information – KS2 will be having a special film treat morning on Monday as a huge thank you for all of their hard work this term. They will be watching ‘Nativity’.
