Daisy and Archie had a fab Christmas that started with a trip to centre Parcs with our next door neighbours, a lovely family Christmas with our family , lots of panto trips and lots of fun 🙂
We had the Best Christmas ever spending it in the highlands of Scotland with family.
Joshua completed the moon run last weekend with team mates and parents from Hebburn Involve.
On Friday 23rd of November Year 5 and 6 were visited by Danny from the charity Kidscape to continue all of our fantastic work from anti-bullying week. It was lovely to hear that we were the first school who Danny had visited that had been able to verbalise the ‘choose respect’ theme from anti-bullying week.
Daniel went to Carlisle and visited, the cathedral, citadel and the castle.
Some of our Year 5’s and 6’s took part in a Tag Rugby tournament, showing brilliant teamwork and skills to come runners up out of 13 teams! Our defensive skills were an extremely good asset, only conceding in the final (we played 5 games!) As always, the school was excellently represented by our sportsmanship and manners, shown throughout the morning.
We did it..we walked the night time one 4 miles (6.5km)at Newcastle Quayside on Saturday night, for Daniel’s Grandad.
I have had an amazing summer with my friends and family. We have been on lots of trips around the country and also to Tenerife. We spotted bats in the wilds of Northumbria, made dreamcatchers and slime, visited the F1 museum and swam in the Atlantic Ocean.
Robyn and Isla had a great time on their holidays in Tenerife!
Jennie’s award for football camp last week. Most improved player. She’s doing so well and also loves being part of the Hebburn Honeys.
