Hi! Its Phoebes dad here! Phoebe just wanted me to ask you if you could put these photos on the school website for her friends to see what shes been doing, she has been creating a time capsule box to put all of her favourite drawings of the things she likes in, shes been painting rainbows for our window, reading loads of Peter Rabbit books and painting money boxes with her little brother Albie to put their Peter Rabbit 50p’s in.  She’s also drawn pictures of the 4 seasons and what they mean to her. Reception – Self Isolation – Miss Pape misses you all – 29.3.2020

Happy Sunday everyone!
It’s all go in the Pape household, house renovations are keeping me busy today and I’m glossing yet another skirting board – it’s just like being at the creative table in reception 😉
We have set up a make shift home gym to stay fit and healthy, we have even tried out Mr Barron’s PE session in there!
My friends and I have started a book club, we are ‘meeting’ once a week to have a chat and drink some pop together 🥤📚 I hope you’re all enjoying reading still and managed to watch Mrs B yesterday.
I’m missing you all very much and sending so much love your way! I’ll catch up with you all again later in the week. Keep telling us what you’re getting up to, we love it! xxxx

Rec – Self Isolation – Harper learns all about animals – 27.3.2020

Harper asked if today we could learn about animals.so today we will be watching the virtual tour of Chester Zoo watching and learning about all the animals.she made a picture of zoo animals using a shadow tracing where you shine a light on the animal and draw around and colour it in she is really enjoying watching the animals especially the red pandas they are so cute!!

Rec – Self Isolation – Harper’s Grows Sunflowers – 24.3.2020

Harper has planted some sunflower seeds for her home project on growth and life.she is keeping a diary of how she planted,cared for and how the sunflower grew each day.  She is very excited about this topic and loved planting the seeds and watering them. Myself, Harper, her sister Lexi and brother Shay have all planted the seeds to see who’s grows the quickest.
