The Eid celebrations continue, this time in the Snelling household!
Simon took an interest in the food eaten as part of the Celebrations and asked his mam to make some.
In the same way that the Christmas dinner is different around the world, so is this. So they had a bit of a global feast last tonight. Very strong middle Eastern vibes going on with some South Asian influences!

Ozzie Owls had fun in the sun tonight, creating sunny artwork both in the Nature Garden and out on the yard. There were some wonderful creations as we’re sure you will agree!

Mr Usher was really proud of his Year 5 class yesterday when they found an injured hedgehog in the nature garden and reported it to staff right away. Thanks to their fast actions ‘Ozzie’ as he has now been named has been taken to a local animal charity who are helping him with what looks like a broken leg.
Fingers crossed we get the chance to release him back in to the nature garden soon!
Alfie wanted to show everyone what he saw last week! ‘We got to see the swan sitting on her eggs and turning them to keep them warm then this week.’
