As well as doing our usual chicken and duck duties, we spent a lovely night in the nature garden making woodland tree spirits out of clay and natural materials. A firm favourite with our chicken and duck/forest clubbers!

Our KS1 multi-sports club played some football today – some potential future Newcastle players in the making!

Last week at Chicken and Duck/Forest Club, we were super lucky to have our lovely Oliver’s mam Sam join us. She has very kindly donated some fire hose from the fire station she works at for us to use for some projects. We have been working hard making some key rings for our upcoming summer fair, and Sam came in to help us with our designs. Thanks so much Sam, we all loved getting crafty and can’t wait to showcase our makes at the fair!

We’ve been playing handball this week in KS1 multi sports, practicing our passing and moving, shooting and defending skills!

KS1 multi-sports club kicked off the term with some non-stop cricket, testing our our batting and fielding skills, scoring runs and getting the ball back to our target!

We LOVE hearing about learning going home so we were delighted to see this from our lovely Max in Y1!

‘Ryan has spent his half term away in the campervan. He has thoroughly enjoyed caring for the animals on the park and walking in the countryside!’

‘Zoe had a lovely half term. She had a lovely day at Tynemouth beach where she paddled in the sea, got buried in the sand and found lots of shells!’
