Our staff were lucky enough to get some fabulous training, last week! We all spent some time learning exactly how to use our new school defibs, got a CPR refresher and went through safety measures linked to choking. A very informative and important staff meeting for us all!
Karlo and his cousin had an amazing time at the Monster Truck Show, last week! What an experience!
Wow, it’s great to be back! Our first Chicken and Duck club of the term was fab…the children have planned some things they will like to do over the coming weeks, and then spent the rest of the night tending to the birds. They were amazing as always, and lovely to see some new faces too!
‘On Saturday Cara took part in her first mini Great North run! She did absolutely fantastic & raised £120 for 3dToyShop Teddy Hospital! Well done to everyone from St Oswalds who also took part in the GNR events!’
‘Ava and her little brother Finn took part in the Mini GNR on Saturday for the 2nd year running. Ava did amazing and finished in record time 🌟 Finn wasn’t too far behind 👏‘
‘Charlotte took part in the Mini Great North Run on Saturday and came first girl in her wave – we are so proud of her!’
‘Laynie, Beau and Wren did the mini GNR on Saturday they smashed it! Laynie has raised £200 for Type1kidz so far which is just amazing!
But most of all the girls were super excited to see Mrs B at the starting line, well done Mrs B!!’
‘Burton and Anderson summer fun! We had lots of fun at the parks and fairground and went for food. Jordan braved his first hair cut in a long time and chose his own colour, I was so happy with him! We all had lovely family time together, the children are happy to be back at school and see you all and all of their friends! 😀‘
Our lovely Miss Pape became Mrs Sharrock over the Summer holidays in an amazing setting in Sorrento.

From days out at the fair, parks & farms where she held snakes, fed the monkeys & went on a pony ride, a trip to Butterfly world & a week spent in sunny Alcudia, Majorca & ended with a weekend to London to see Frozen the musical! It’s been amazing!’
