Please come along to our Harvest Celebration in St. Oswald’s church on Thursday 1st October at 9.15am. Everyone is welcome.
Calling all parents/ Grandparents we are looking for volunteers to help keep tidy the nature garden in the Reception area starting 7th October while weather is good.
Anyone interested please meet on a Wednesday morning 9.00 am at the main entrance where Marina our Site Supervisory will meet you or contact Marina at the office for more information. No digging involved, tea & biscuits provided after your hours work.
Please come along and support our coffee afternoon in aid of Macmillan cancer fund. Parents are most welcome from 1.30pm in the Mary Thomas room.
There will be Lots of lovely cakes, tea & coffee on sale.
Why not encourage you child to save some of their pocket money. Mrs Ball runs a savings club every Monday morning (except a Monday following a holiday). Please send money into class in a clearly marked envelope stating name, class & amount. You will receive a bank book which should be sent into school with every deposit.
Don’t forget to dress your child up as a Roald Dahl character on Friday 25th September, parents are welcome to come along to our sharing assembly at 2.30pm.
Please try to contribute some items to our shoe box appeal,
We will gratefully accept small items to put into a shoe box:
toothbrush, small cuddly toys
toothpaste, pens, pencils etc
soap, toys
sponge, hat,scarf, gloves
wrapped sweets small ball, skips etc
hairbrush/comb NO SHARP ITEMS, GLASS OR LIQUIDS
Reception parents are having lunch with the children tomorrow. Please arrive for 11.45am and sign in at office and the staff take you to the dinner hall.
Parents are always welcome to our Friday morning praise & Celebration, we start at 9.10am in the hall. Come along and join our singing and share in our achievements for the week.
