Wowzers! What an amazing day Year 3 had in forest school. We covered our DT topic which involved cooking ratatouille and bean tacos from scratch. Children amazed staff with their chopping skills and their knowledge of the different ingredients and vegetables. We cooked using a pot over the fire and the children were so open to trying the ratatouille, including the aubergine and the courgette! It was lovely to see everyone flourishing in our lovely outdoor environment!
