This afternoon Reception have been artists! We have explored colour and colour mixing. We picked two primary colours to paint our hands and mixed them together to make a secondary colour. Some of use were able to identify what colour we would make before we mixed our hands.

This morning Reception went onto the big yard and joined the rest of the school for break time. We then did some mark making using the chalks. Some of us practised our new sounds ‘s’ and ‘a’.

Here some of our Reception Superstars on their first day of Reception, yesterday! They had a jam packed day and we are so proud of them all! We will keep parents and carers updated with lots of photos this week!
