‘Alfie and Oscar have had lots of fun in Scarborough! The sun was shining so they got to play in the sea and have fish and chips, then finished up at the arcades to spend daddy’s money!’

St. Oswald’s and Bede Burn had a fab day celebrating King Charles’ coronation. We spent some time together in our year groups across the morning and then had a coronation concert in the afternoon. Thank goodness the sun came out for us!

‘Rocco got to see the Harlem Globetrotters at Newcastle Arena tonight. And he was lucky enough to learn a trick and get his ball signed.
A really fun night 🙌🏼 and loved bumping into a friend from school there too.’

What a lovely first week back we had at Forest Club on Thursday! With the restrictions now lifted we were finally able to get back in the chicken and duck coop to resume chicken and duck duties, much to everyone’s delight! Our lovely Simon also brought in a raspberry and a gooseberry bush for us to plant, and we tended to our newly planted wildflower patch! It was so lovely to see our recently planted apple and pear trees sprouting some new buds too, we are all looking forward to the summer term ahead watching everything grow!

Wooooo pom poms up for cheerleading club being back! Wow what a fantastic first session, Miss Marley was so impressed with all of our moves and gymnastic skills  Well done Cheerleaders!

Kenzie had a fab birthday yesterday and ended the day with a yummy tea!

We had such a lovely time in Key Stage 1 Art Club tonight, enjoying lots of under the sea themed crafts. Well done superstars!
