Reception thoroughly enjoyed their session this morning finding out all about different jobs! We learned lots and it has certainly inspired lots of us with what we want to do when we grow up! 
And for our afternoon session at Aspirations Day – wow! We were delighted to welcome businesses, education groups, charities and companies into school to show give our children some insight into their roles and responsibilities. Thank you so much to you all!

Erin and Joe walk or scoot to school most days, although Joe does like to incorporate a lot of styles into his daily commute. Somedays he’s a sea creature, other days he’s a race car and more often than not he is a whole selection of dinosaurs, it’s always eventful!
On Saturday Lottie took part in her first cheerleading competition in Newcastle for BCA Summer Spotlight 2022. Lotties team GLITTER came 2nd place in the 4 to 8 age category. We are super proud!

Well what a weekend!! Some of the St Oz crew have been on tour to Wembley to see Sunderland win 
!! We have had an amazing time and made some fabulous memories!! A special thanks from Mrs Smith to Ivy for the hair dye!! Her hair is now bright orange 
Ivy and Cory had an amazing time at Wembley!! This morning before they left for home they went to the hotel that the players were staying in and got to meet them 
Something very special was finished at St Oswald’s today… Our very own duck pond! Thanks to Mr Scrafton for his amazing joinery skills, Mr Pape for his plumbing skills and ALL OF YOU for your egg donations, our girls finally have a space to kick their legs and splash!
