On Friday, Year 1 started their digital art unit for Computing.

Firstly, they discussed what the different paint tools might be for, as part of their cool task. Then, they explored artwork by Mondrian, before learning how to create their own artwork in his style by using the line and fill tools. Children used paintz.app for their digital painting. This program is available for free by simply typing “paintz.app” into Google on any device.
