This morning, Y5 took part in an exploring chemicals work shop at the Life Centre. This was linked to our science topic, properties of materials. We went in to the science lab to discover how scientists use chemicals safely. We used a range of Lab equipment, including a Bunsen burner. We identified unknown chemicals and explored what happened when chemicals react with one another.
