What a jam packed day Year 4 had at The Shipley Art Gallery! As part of our new DT topic, we have been looking at fabrics, and today we even had the chance to make our very own! We started the day exploring natural fabrics and where they come from, and then completed a felt making workshop. We then spent the afternoon practicing our sewing skills, stitching our initials onto material.

Museum staff were so impressed with how well Year 4 conducted themselves and really threw themselves into the activities. Well done you superstars!
