In Art this week, Year 3 looked at what a motif is and started to draw them. Last week, we looked at how we can use drawing techniques to create detail. This week, we noticed that motifs are very basic repeating patterns based on natural resources. We also looked at Fibonacci, who is one of our movers and shakers, and how his spirals linked to ammonites and naturally occurring patterns.
