On Friday, Reception went on their first trip. The children were all so very excited and wow Mrs Urwin and Miss Randle could not be more proud of them all.

We started our trip with a walk around the local environment as part of our let’s explore topic. We discussed what the children could see and all about autumn.

The children demonstrated amazing road safety skills, putting into practice what they had learnt earlier in the week in a road safety workshop.

Finally, we met up with our new Reception friends from Bede Burn at the park having a play and a teddy bears picnic.

Well done Reception, you were all superstars!
