On Tuesday afternoon, reception had a special visit from Melissa. Melissa visited us as part of a road safety workshop. This was an interactive workshop teaching us the importance of crossing the road safely. We thought about what vehicles might be on the road, where to cross the road safely and how we cross the road safely. We then used role play to cross the road. Some of us being pedestrians, some of us as vehicles and others as a lollipop lady or man. This has got us thinking and has prepared us for our first visit on Friday.
