We are currently looking at our ‘Ozzie Owls’ wrap around care provision for September 2023 and allocating places to our families.

Please can you fill in the survey below to express an interest in the mornings and evenings that you require?

Please take into consideration the points below when expressing an interest
• A current place does not guarantee a place in September 2023, all places will be dealt with individually
• Priority will be given to families requiring full time provision
• Second priority will be given to families with a strict regular pattern
• Payment will need to be made, via Parent Pay, the week before the provision is required
• No payment / late payment could result in your place being allocated to another family
• Full payment is required for your session even if your child does not attend or attends an after school club prior to attending Ozzie Owls

We kindly ask that forms are completed by Friday 23rd June 2023.
