Dear Parents and Carers,

On Wednesday 9th February we are holding our pupil progress meetings from 1pm-7pm.  We will be holding these remotely and you will have the choice of either a video call or telephone call.  This is an opportunity for you to have a conversation with your child’s class teacher about how your child is doing and discuss their attainment and progress within school.

We would kindly ask that you complete the attached form and select your preferred time slots and we will do our best to accommodate this.  Once complete, you will be emailed back the information that you have submitted. If you have more than one child in a class, please book a time slot for each.

Unless you are contacted by class teachers, the time slot that you have selected has been allocated.

Appointments are for 10 minutes per child. Please be mindful of this when talking to the class teachers to allow them to fit in all of their calls by 7pm.
