The Longstaff household would like to share the new arrivals to their home. ‘Our guinea pig Ginny had 3 gorgeous babies on Tuesday! They are just the cutest and we are in love with them!’
Our lovely Ollie had a fantastic evening watching the fireworks this weekend, sometimes he feels a little unsure about them but this year he was super brave and really enjoyed the show! A big well done to you, Ollie!
Joshua (and Naomi) wanted to share their autumn pumpkins. They carved them and had a treat tea and a sleepover in the living room.
Throughout St. Oswald’s we have been taking part in a ‘climate change poster’ competition. The children were given the challenge to create a poster about ‘your future world’ – the poster could either have been completed from a warning approach discussing the climate disasters to come or with a positive approach thinking about the benefits of the changes we have made! The posters here are the few selected to be sent to South Shields Town Hall – well done St. Oswald’s!
Some of the Christian Council took our school’s donations to Hebburn Helps today! We plan on going back later in the year to help make food parcels. Well done, Christian Council!
Key Stage 1 Art and Craft Club made Autumn Sun Catchers and had a great time!
Wow, what an amazing start for our girl’s team yesterday! Some tough competition, but we are so proud of the valiant efforts put in by the team. Spirits were high and for a first time playing together, we applaud our team’s effort. Keep your heads up girls, we’ve got this! 
The St Oz boys kicked off a fantastic start to their football season last night! They scored an impressive 3-0 in the first match and a whopping 6-0 in the second! For their first time playing together, I am sure you will agree, this was a tremendous effort. Let’s keep it up for the rest of the year! Well done boys!
