Oscar completed the mini Great North Run this weekend! He chose to run on his own (he says mam & dad hold him up) and he did it in under 8 minutes and helped to raise a massive £265 for Kidney Care UK!

Well our last night at club was certainly a lovely one. Our resident Pizza Chef Fiona kindly joined us for an extended pizza night.
It was so nice to have so many parents, carers and siblings join us in the nature garden, we can’t wait for next year already! We are definitely a club with a ‘the more the merrier’ motto and it felt like a merry night indeed!

Our KS2 sports personality award for 2023/24 went to Riley in year 6.
Riley was ‘Mr Motivator’ this year, firstly as an unofficial captain for our football team, setting the tone in all matches with his high energy play style. He found himself on the sidelines at times in PE, however this did not stop him from encouraging others in their lessons and being a real asset to his peers!
Our KS1 sports personality award for 2023/24 went to Harry in year 2. Harry showed a real love for PE this year, spreading to his extra curricular activities where he showed huge enthusiasm for after school clubs and having an overall fantastic year as an athlete!
We had an amazing day at the beach on Wednesday.
It was great to see our children playing and having fun in the sand and the sea. It was also lovely to see all of our families enjoying themselves too. Thank you so much for supporting our day!
Miss Topping was super impressed with gymnastics club today who showed her all of their skills alongside performing some of their routines! Well done girls!
‘Thomas and family had the pleasure of seeing his Uncle Jonny, who we all know and love, ordained as Deacon at Durham Cathedral, this weekend. It was a beautiful service! Wishing him all the luck in the world in his new parish!’

What a night Chicken and Duck club had on Thursday! We started off with hotdogs around the campfire, then ending up with the much requested water fight, always a firm favourite with the club in the summer term!
