Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall. As part of our companion topic, Build It Up, Reception were set the challenge to build a wall. We used mud and water and sand and shaving foam to mix, pour, scoop, pat and make a wall for Humpty. We used different tools to explore how we could make a wall and talk about the changes we noticed to the texture when we added water or shaving foam.

We then sang Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall. What a messy Monday!
