Year 4 LOVED our first ‘No Pens Day’ this week! We spent our morning looking at how we could perform a Christmas song using makaton, and then we looked at the poem ‘The Railway Carriage’. We looked at how we could use physical oracy features to perform this as a class, as well as discussing the features and language used in the poem.
We then showcased our learning in the afternoon, performing for our parents and carers who came in for COOL afternoon. Well done Year 4 for an amazing day!
