Please see attached links to a questionnaire around wellbeing. We understand that this has been such an unprecedented and demanding time for our families and want to make sure we are doing all that we can to support our children. There is a questionnaire for each year group to let us identify any areas that the class teacher needs to work on with the class through our PSHE and RSE curriculum as a result of everything that has happened in the last 12 months.

Parents and carers might need to sit with some of our younger children to complete the questionnaire or even do so on their behalf, however we think this should be accessible to our older children to complete independently.  If you have more than one child in the school we would really appreciate it if you could complete a form per child to give us the most accurate overview.

The questionnaires will be open until the end of the school day on Friday 5th February 2021.
