Today, Year 5 have looked at David Attenborough in R.E, and compared him to the 10 commitments that humanists follow. He has linked to their R.E topic about humanists because he is a humanist himself! They read his Biography, and linked him to the 10 Commitments.They had a very good discussion about which commitments he linked to. They also talked about future generations, and how they’ll be affected by our actions if we don’t try and reduce Climate Change.They also talked about how he doesn’t expect rewards for his doings, and that he is quite humble,so they got Worship in as well!
