After lots of research and planning in preparation, Year Four had a go at making Spanish Tortillas today. We picked this dish for our focus in Food and Nutrition week to tie in with our topic theme of modern Europe. Lots of skills were needed to create this meal and Year Four demonstrated their chopping, peeling, whisking and slicing skills. Once the ingredients were prepared, we cooked our tortillas and everyone helped to stir in order to cook the food evenly. Everyone had a taste of their creation – some loved it and gave it 10/10, others were not so keen, but well done to everyone for giving it a try!
